HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped out every Monday till Friday, within 2 to 3 days (working day) after receiving order to addresses in Malaysia only.
Please make sure all the information including address and contact no are correct to avoid error and delay.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, the courier should deliver within 3 to 7 working days after your order has been shipped out from our store.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
West Malaysia – RM 8 per order
East Malaysia – RM 16 per order
International shipping is not available.
THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY, CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE?
The product I received is faulty, can I do an exchange?
If the goods are faulty, please email us at sales@mamadamia.com with your order number, within 3 days after you have received the product. We will advise you on the next steps.
Refunds once payment has been made are not allowed, unless the product received is faulty.
I ORDERED WRONG SIZE OR GOODS, CAN I CHANGE?
You can exchange only once. All the shipping costs (to and from us) have to be borne by you.
Make sure goods are in good conditions and you have taken necessary action while returning the goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
